退款政策

網路購物享有之 7 日鑑賞期非試用期，辦理退貨請保持商品、所附贈品全新完整，請先聯繫本官網申請。
退貨：完成申請後請將商品、贈品以原包裝包好，寄回待收回檢查確認無誤後將進行退款，退款不包含跨行匯款手續費。
換貨：完成申請後請將商品、贈品以原包裝包好，將由買方與賣方各負擔一次運費，待收回檢查確認無誤後將進行換貨。若買方欲更換不同款式商品，差價退款不包含跨行匯款手續費。
個人客製化商品（如改夾、刻字、設計改款、改尺寸、個人化調整等）、活動特殊品項（如福袋、絕版特賣、直播下單），恕不接受退換貨。
若需拆單將視為兩筆訂單計算運費以及開立發票。

Returns
You have [7] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
